In the run up to our 10-year trading anniversary – on 4 January 2023 — we made the conscious decision to end our previous chapter, rebrand, relaunch, and start anew. We have a slick new website that we are very proud of and a fresh look going into the new year.

This month, we’d like to introduce some of the faces behind the scenes at Delaunay Wealth that work tirelessly to ensure our clients receive only the best possible service. Read on to learn about our skilled team and the core values that drive us as a business.
A skilled and experienced team all working towards the same core goals
If you’ve worked with Delaunay Wealth before, you’ll be familiar with my background in financial planning and life coaching. If not, across my 25 years as a financial planner I’ve built up a wealth of experience and knowledge that I use to offer strategic financial guidance to my clients and help them towards meeting their life goals.
But this is an opportunity to sing the praises of my excellent support team that help ensure all our clients receive the best possible service across all stages of their personal journeys.
I am proud to be supported by six individuals brimming with talent.
My right-hand woman, the wonderful Lucy, who provides assistance in a multitude of ways, heads up our firm’s operations. She’s process-driven, business-orientated, and attentive, as well as being a stellar mum to a young toddler.
The dynamic Alfie heads up our administrative services. Her thorough research and data analysis helps me provide detailed insights into my clients supported by the solid evidence and hard facts.
Alex is my resident paraplanner. A jack of all trades, he combines technical ability with top-tier people skills to deliver excellent, client-focused solutions. He’s also an avid basketball player in his free time.
When she’s not globetrotting or soaking up music, Shaunagh provides robust technical support for the team, giving me peace of mind and a strong foundation to build capable plans for my clients.
Kellie heads up our client services. A team player, an able coordinator, she is a warm and friendly face that will feature heavily throughout your journey with Delaunay Wealth.
Last, but definitely not least, is Paul, who keeps me in check with his thorough due diligence and compliance checks across the business. He’s a vital cog without who our team simply wouldn’t tick along.

An honest and transparent approach start to finish
Previously, we touched upon the five key stages of our customer journey. This month, we’d like to focus, in a bit more detail, on the fine work that goes into making that journey possible.
A clear and simple fee structure
Once you’ve met with us and before you start your journey, it’s important you understand how our fees work. After all, you should know what you’re paying for, and we work hard to ensure our payment structure is clear, honest, and transparent – whether you’re a new client or an existing one.
Our initial advice fee is split into the cost for the strategic report, the roadmap for your plans with us going forward, and the implementation of the advice we’ve provided. This is capped at £5,000.
After implementation, we charge a 1% fee each year for our ongoing advice. We offer a premium and high-end service, and you’ll get to experience this at every stage.
We’re not going to sell you a product and say goodbye. We’re in this for the long haul, and will work tirelessly to build a trusting relationship that helps us deliver for you in the short and long term.

One way we achieve these goals is through our investing philosophy. We’re transparent in everything we do for our clients, including our investment approach.
Our strategy involves actively managing investments, which we believe brings real benefits to our clients and adds significant value to their portfolios. Our methods work towards producing a diversified portfolio with greater investment potential and less market risk.
We are aware that each client is unique and tailor our bespoke plans to their individual needs, tolerance for risk, and personal beliefs — such as if they’d like a focus on environmental, social, and governance funds.
